Who is JNSN Creative.
Founded by myself, Dawn Jensen, JNSN Creative is an Alberta-based graphic design boutique specializing in making brands relevant. I have over over a decade of experience in the industry sharing brand stories through wide-eyed creativity, meticulous craftsmanship, and an overall passion for visual design.
After over 13 years working for an agency, I decided to take my finely honed skills and apply them into my own business. The transition from agency-life to full-time freelancer was a valuable adventure, and I’m over the moon happy to now be living my dream.
By no means do I take being a business owner lightly. Working side-by-side daily with a ridiculously talented team will always be something I miss. But every experience and friendly face has been an asset to my growth in the design field, and continues to help me with my creative process each and every day.
Although I loved working alongside a team, working for myself has provided new opportunity to network and collaborate with creatives both locally and throughout Canada. These contacts are great for clients looking to add additional services such as video, writing, or photography, or for those in need of extra support.
Being a one-woman creative business allows me to work closely with my clients to get to the heart of the problem and create a collaborative experience. Taking time for discovery and understanding helps me approach every project with clarity and confidence. Delivering quality and value matters, and open communication throughout a project is fundamental to creating an impactful, engaging, and meaningful outcome.
